Atelier Martinez’s signature handwoven macramé is meticulously finished with premium Czech glass beads and a handcrafted evil eye centerpiece, creating a couture garment that blends artisanal heritage with contemporary luxury.

Shipping Each Atelier Martinez design is handcrafted in limited quantities with exceptional attention to detail.

Pre-order pieces are made exclusively for you and are expected to be delivered within 4–6 weeks from the date your order is placed. While we strive to meet this timeframe, slight delays may occur during the couture production process. If so, we will keep you informed every step of the way.

Once your order has been completed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout, as Atelier Martinez is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.

Due to the handcrafted nature and limited production of our collections, all sales are considered final.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs of the item. We will gladly review the issue and arrange an appropriate resolution if the item is deemed defective.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, free of fragrances or lotions, and returned with all original tags and hygienic liners intact.
