Products

Each Atelier Martinez design is handcrafted in limited quantities. Due to the artisanal nature of our collections, slight variations in color, bead placement, fabric texture, and handcrafted details may occur. These variations are part of the uniqueness of each piece and are not considered defects.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in U.S. Dollars unless otherwise noted. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Orders

We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order at our discretion, including orders affected by pricing errors, suspected fraud, or inventory limitations.

Pre-Orders

Pre-order items are handcrafted specifically for each customer. Estimated delivery is 4–6 weeks from the date the order is placed. Production timelines are estimates and may vary due to artisan production or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Shipping

Shipping estimates begin once an order has been completed and dispatched. Delivery times may vary depending on the shipping destination and carrier.

Returns

Due to the handcrafted nature and limited production of our collections, all sales are final unless an item arrives damaged or an incorrect item is received.

Intellectual Property

All website content, including designs, photography, logos, graphics, text, videos, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Atelier Martinez and may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability
